Heartbeats

Meet new people and get more active!
Heartbeat sessions are set up for people with certain heart problems who would like to be more active as part of their rehabilitation programme in their local area. They are a chance to be active and
improve your health in a fun & safe way. You can attend a weekly session for up to six months.

How does the session work?
Each session lasts an hour & includes a warm up, simple exercises that you can do at your own pace & a cool down that gives you the chance to get to know other members of the group.
